Our worship space is located at the corner of Bellefield and Fifth Avenues in Oakland, the university district of Pittsburgh on the campuses of University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. Look for the Bell Tower that sits catty-corner to our front entrance, and the colorful banners that adorn our front door.
Parking is available on the street, the open parking lot directly across the street from our entrance door, and indoor parking in the facility attached to our building.
What To Expect When You Arrive OnSunday Morning
You will be greeted at the door by someone who will be very pleased to see you and answer any questions you might have.
Our summertime worship starts at 11:00 am and ends around 12:00 pm. The dress is casual and the service is relaxed. Between 25-75 people usually attend. This summer we have opened up our doors for everyone to join us for breakfast every Sunday morning. It is a time of fellowship, sharing, singing and listening to God's Word as we eat and break bread together.
At our worship service, you will not be pointed out as a visitor or asked to do anything. We want you to relax and enjoy the time of worship. You will be greeted by several people but your privacy will not be invaded. We just want you to feel welcome and be at ease.
Child care is available during Sunday morning worship and is provided by volunteers of Community of Reconciliation Church who have completed Safe Sanctuary Training and Clearance.
