Radically Inclusive... Ministers in Action!

Celebrating 40 Years of Ministry!

Welcome to the Community of Reconciliation Church Website!

We are an intentionally interracial and multi-denominational
congregation committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ as a call from God to live lives that work to bring about social justice for all people.

Diversity is important to us.  We believe that we know God better when we live in
communion with all of God's people.  If you'd like to find out more about us or inquire about becoming part of our congregation, please feel free to speak to our Pastor or any member. You are also welcome to come forward during the song that follows the Spoken Word during worship.

Nursery is on Hiatus for the Summer

Relaxed & shorten worship in a coffee house atmosphere provides opportunity for the youngest among us to remain present.

There is space for children on the edges when they need to stretch their legs.

We also provide Children's Bulletins and lots of singing to encourage their spiritual growth.

Community of Reconciliation practices Safe Sanctuary and requires

Child Clearance for all Nursery Workers. See Nnenna Okoro, Outreach Minister to qualify for the fall.

THIS FAR BY FAITH

By the late, CLARKE THOMAS

Our 40th anniversary celebration has reminded

many that COR has a compelling story!

Now that the story has been told by the late Clarke Thomas in "This Far By Faith,” his newly published history of COR. It tells how our interracial interdenominational church has confronted the tangled, tense issues of religion, race, feminism, and differing life styles for 40 years in Pittsburgh.

 Copies $18.00 each.
